Terms And Conditions
- Bookings are accepted from 3pm on arrival date to 10am on departure
date and confirmed on the receipt of a £50 deposit per week
with the balance payable four weeks before the commencement of
your holiday date. Full payment is required with booking form
for holidays required within six weeks of commencement date.
- All lettings are solely for the purpose of conferring on the
guest(s) the right to occupy the accommodation for the purpose
of a holiday booking.
- Bed linen, towels, tea towels - Guests should provide these
themselves. (Duvets and pillows are supplied for all beds)
- Guest(s) must leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as they
found it upon arrival. Sorry no smoking or pets permitted in the
caravan.
- The owners will not accept any liability in respect to personal
injury (whether fatal or otherwise) or damage to or loss of property
howsoever caused. Damage to the caravan or any of the owners equipment
therein must be reported to the owners and paid for immediately.
- The number of persons occupying the caravan must not exceed
eight.
- Any monies received for bookings such as deposits are strictly
non-refundable.
- The owners reserve the right to terminate the occupation of
the caravan, whether held under any agreement or otherwise where
in in their opinion the Haven park rules are not being observed
(copy of rules enclosed).
- All accommodation should be taken up by 8pm on the date booked
unless alternative arrangements have been made with the owners.
- The owners reserves the right to cancel any booking and return
any deposit within eight weeks of the holiday start date.
- In the event of any fault occurring with the caravan services
ie gas, water electricity etc please inform site reception and
the owners.
Further Condition
- We are unable to let the caravan to parties of young persons
under 21 or groups of young adults of the same sex - Haven conditions.
